Terms & Condition

SDLC Infotech is committed to deal with its clients in a professional manner. By engaging with us and by availing our services, the clients will be accepting the following terms and conditions:

The Contract

Between the clients and SDLC Infotech, an independent contractor relationship will be considered. This business relationship can’t be categorised as a partnership or joint venture or anything else by either party.

After finalising the services and solutions to be provided by SDLC Infotech to the respective client, the date of commencement of the services will be agreed upon by both parties. As per that date, charges will be applicable.

The client can not cancel or fully transfer the service responsibilities to another service provider company without prior notice of at least one month. SDLC Infotech reserves the right to deal with third-party service providers for some professional services.

Payment

The clients acquiring any monthly service package from SDLC Infotech, have to pay the full chargeable amount prior to the commencement of the work.

SDLC Infotech reserves the right to provide flexibility to the clients in terms of payment. According to that payment term, clients are liable to pay at least half of the billable amount in advance, prior to the commencement of the work and the remaining amount to be paid within 7 days of the first payment.

If the clients do not pay a monthly applicable charge when it is due, SDLC Infotech can terminate the services immediately. In this case, we will not be liable to issue any prior notice.

Liability

SDLC Infotech will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated services if the delay is inevitable due to natural or unprecedented causes.

The clients will defend, cover and hold SDLC Infotech harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses related to the services provided by SDLC Infotech to the clients under this agreement.

SDLC Infotech is not liable to the claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, patent-related claims, copyright or trademark infringement issues, claims due to disruption or malfunction of the client’s services, or for any content submitted by you for publication by SDLC Infotech.

As the characteristic of digital media, any content/information given by the clients to SDLC Infotech for publication will be accessible by the public eventually and SDLC Infotech will not be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset due to that content being publicized.

SDLC Infotech reserves the right to modify or add or remove any point of the above terms and conditions at any point in time. The significant changes in the terms and conditions will be notified to the clients.
