Refund Policy

SDLC Infotech believes in adding value to the client’s business through our services and therefore we are committed to providing the highest quality services to the clients. In order to attain the desired quality standard and an outstanding client experience, we follow a well- defined streamlined working methodology.

At SDLC Infotech, we work on a project with a result-oriented approach while dividing it into feasible milestones to achieve the desired objective. Also, we keep analysing the performance and assess the efforts for efficient results while eliminating any reason for project or contract cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

As we have to spend an incredible amount of time and effort on every project to achieve every milestone, a refund is not possible for the services we offer. Hence, no payment will be refunded once the client approves to proceed with our services and we move into the development phase of the project.

As we believe in maintaining healthy business relationships, thus if a project faces an undesired situation due to us, we proceed with rework and honestly put our skills and efforts to rectify it. Even then if a project gets terminated on mutual agreement, we also put an end to its further development and the client can take back control of the project.
